The League took a chance on an unknown backyard wrestler from Miami in Season Three, signing Pizza Mask III (in reality, the first person to call himself Pizza Mask) to a contract.  The high-flyer struggled in his debut season, though he became popular with the fans quickly.  In Season Five, amid comments that he was nothing more than a joke, he slowly shed his Pizza Mask persona to one more philosophical.  After being defeated in the opening round of the Season Five playoffs (with assistance from having his bleeding head shoved into a hot pizza by Scott Stevens), he finally shed the last vestiges of the Pizza Mask guise and simply called himself III.  In Season Six, he came within one match of making a return to the playoffs, but in the end he would get the last laugh as he cost Scott Stevens his lone playoff match in the same manner that Stevens cost him his match.  As Season Seven approaches, it is unclear whether Pizza Mask III, in this gimmick or any others, will be returning.

 

A Florida native, he remains popular in the South East US, and has gained fame in the Mid South as well as in parts of Japan (mainly Kyushu).  Despite this, the only region of the world in which he holds a winning record is Europe (3-1 career).
