"The Fighter from Florence" Dante Lorenzo entered The League with long-time tag partner Rannulf von Krüshengburg in Season Four.  A staple in European tours, Lorenzo's mat-based, methodical paced offense surprised enough people that in his rookie season, he managed to get into the playoffs.  However, he had very poor luck in the postseason, winning only the seventh-place consolation match to end the season.  By Season Five, most of the other competitors had figured out a defense, leading to a dead-last finish in his second (and ultimately final) season in The League.

Lorenzo's popularity hit its peaks in the Mid West US, Tri-State US, and Japan's Shikoku precinct.  He also only has a winning record in two countries of the world:  Mexico (2-1) and Japan (4-0).
